I offer group and private sessions. Private sessions consist of an initial assessment of the students current physical, energetic and mental/emotional condition and imbalances. A personalized yoga therapy plan is developed based on this assessment. The plan takes into account your health and wellness goals. It includes daily practices designed to help you break through old patterns, routines and habits that no longer serve you and to help regulate and balance your nervous system.
